As a treatment assistant, you are employed to provide care and treatment. You contribute to ensuring that the routines on the unit function properly. You play a significant role in the stability and safety of our young people\/clients, and form the foundation of daily life such as schooling, cleaning, cooking, and more. You are involved in maintaining order and safety at the institution according to our routines. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building safe relationships and help ensure that our young people\/clients receive the safety and security they need to break established behavioral patterns.
