You play a significant role in providing stability and safety for our clients, and you are responsible for the foundation of daily life such as cleaning, meal preparation, and more. You work to maintain order and security at the institution according to our procedures. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will build safe relationships and help ensure our clients receive the security and support they need to break established patterns.
