Then the position of Treatment Assistant at SiS is a meaningful challenge. The goal of your assignment is to motivate our youth\/clients toward new and less risky ways of living. As a Treatment Assistant, you are employed to provide care and treatment. You contribute to ensuring that the unit's routines function as they should. You play a significant role in the stability and security for our youth\/clients, and are responsible for the basics of daily life such as schooling, cleaning, meal preparation, and more. You help maintain order and safety at the facility according to our routines. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building secure relationships and help ensure our youth\/clients receive the security and safety they need to break established patterns of behavior. Together with your team of committed colleagues such as treatment educators and treatment coordinators, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change.
