You play a major role in stability and security for our clients, and provide the foundation in daily life such as cleaning, cooking, and more. You help maintain order and security at the institution according to our procedures. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building secure relationships and help ensure that our clients receive the security they need to break established patterns of behavior. You have good communication skills and can stay calm even in pressured situations. You also have the ability to collaborate with others and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues.\n\nYou must also have:\nAt least 2 years of post-secondary education from a folk high school or vocational school (KY\/YH) or other education equivalent to this. The education should be focused on social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or another relevant subject area.
