This requires you as a treatment assistant to work in a relationship-building manner. Together with your team of committed colleagues such as the treatment manager and psychologist, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change. Work tasks are varied and based on the young people's individual goals according to care plans and implementation plans. In addition to treatment work, you play a major role in providing stability and security by supporting young people with schooling, cleaning, cooking, meaningful activities and more. Work shifts extend over 24 hours, with plenty of time off in between.
