As a treatment assistant, you are employed to provide care and treatment. You contribute to ensuring that departmental routines function as they should. You play a significant role in providing stability and security for our youth and clients, and you are responsible for the basics of daily life such as schooling, cleaning, meal preparation, and more. You work to maintain order and security at the institution according to our procedures. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work to build secure relationships and help our youth and clients gain the security they need to break established patterns of behavior.
