The goal is to establish a secure relationship where the young person wants to and dares to receive the support offered. You will be part of a team that works together on the young person's care, and our vision is that despite working alone, you should not feel isolated.\nYour duties include practical tasks such as assistance with activities of daily living, cooking, cleaning, medication management, community contacts, and transportation. An important aspect is to motivate the young person to develop their unique strengths\/qualities and build competence. You also play a role in promoting an active and meaningful leisure time, which requires energy and the ability to inspire.
