For over ten years, we have received people in need of protection. We are a team of about ten people seeking 1-2 additional hourly employees for our collective housing!\n\n\nWe have chosen to keep the shelter's name confidential to protect the locations where we operate. Those invited for interviews will be informed of the name of the sheltered housing.\n\n\nWe are now looking for additional hourly substitutes for our collective housing located in central Scania. The position involves scheduled working hours (day, evening, night, and weekends).\n\n\nABOUT THE ORGANIZATION\n\n\nOur sheltered housing consists partly of a 24-hour staffed collective housing unit and protected apartments. We have recently received IVO approval, and with new framework agreements, the organization is entering an exciting development phase with good opportunities for growth in an expanding organization.\n\n\nThe collective housing receives women and children in need of protection from violence in close relationships and\/or honor-related violence and oppression. Dogs, cats, and other small pets are welcome to move in with the residents.\nThe collective housing has spacious common areas, consultation rooms, children's rooms, and a large kitchen. Residents have their own rooms with attached bathrooms. The collective is located close to nature with proximity to the city.\nIn the protected apartments, we also receive male protection seekers and other target groups, such as defectors.\nWe who work in the organization are a team with great commitment, care, knowledge, and good communication. The team consists of a number of shelter consultants who work scheduled hours (collective housing), shelter consultants who work daytime hours (protected apartments), as well as a child coordinator, a team leader, a security officer, and an operations manager\/director.\n\n\nSince we daily meet people with protection needs in difficult situations, it is essential that we have a strong commitment to helping people fleeing from violence, threats, and oppression. We are happy to go the extra mile for both residents and our clients (placing municipalities). We feel great joy and pride in our work with the hope that we can make a difference in the lives of vulnerable people.\n\n\nWe are a flat organization that enables participation from both employees and protection seekers. We always strive to be transparent, open, and correct with an empathetic and professional approach to those around us.\n\n\nYOUR PERSONAL QUALITIES\n\n\nYou are a secure, stable, and cooperative person with excellent teamwork abilities. Empathy and solution-focused thinking are important qualities that you possess. You have strong communication skills and are professional in your interactions. We would like to see that you have experience from either HVB or sheltered housing.\n\n\nWORK TASKS\nYour work tasks include, among other things:\n\n\n\u00b7      Support protection seekers in establishing and maintaining protection according to our procedures and checklists.\n\n\n\u00b7      Work motivatingly and supportively with women and children in crisis.\n\u00b7     Assist residents with everyday tasks, which may include transportation and shopping.\n\n\n\n\n\u00b7      Maintain ongoing social documentation.\n\n\n\u00b7      Some cleaning and housework are part of the position.\n\n\n\u00b7      Implement interventions according to the implementation plan.\n\n\n\u00b7      Actively contribute in the work group.\n\n\n\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n\u00b7       Relevant post-secondary education of at least 2 years in social work, such as treatment pedagogue, social worker, or behavioral scientist. Tj\u00e4nsten inneb\u00e4r schemalagd arbetstid (dag, kv\u00e4ll, natt och helg).\n\n\nOM VERKSAMHETEN\n\n\nV\u00e5rt skyddade boende best\u00e5r dels av ett dygnet runt-bemannat kollektivboende samt skyddsl\u00e4genheter. Vi har nyligen f\u00e5tt IVO-tillst\u00e5nd och med nya ramavtal st\u00e5r verksamheten inf\u00f6r en sp\u00e4nnande utvecklingsfas med goda utvecklingsm\u00f6jligheter i en v\u00e4xande organisation. \n\n\nKollektivet tar emot kvinnor och barn i behov av skydd fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ld i n\u00e4ra relation och\/eller hedersrelaterat v\u00e5ld och f\u00f6rtryck. Hund och katt samt andra sm\u00e5djur \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna att f\u00f6lja med till boendet.\nP\u00e5 kollektivboendet finns rymliga gemenskapslokaler, samtalsrum, barnrum samt stort k\u00f6k. De boende har egna rum med tillh\u00f6rande badrum. Kollektivet ligger naturn\u00e4ra med n\u00e4rhet till stad.\nI skyddsl\u00e4genheterna tar vi \u00e4ven emot manliga skyddss\u00f6kande samt andra m\u00e5lgrupper som exempelvis avhoppare.\nVi som arbetar i verksamheten \u00e4r ett team med stortengagemang, omtanke, kunskap och god kommunikation. Teamet best\u00e5r av ett antal skyddskonsulenter som jobbar schemalagd arbetstid (kollektivet), skyddskonsulenter som jobbar dagtid (skyddsl\u00e4genheterna) samt en barnansvarig, en teamledare, en s\u00e4kerhetsansvarig samt en verksamhetschef\/f\u00f6rest\u00e5ndare. \n\n\nD\u00e5 vi dagligen m\u00f6ter personer med skyddsbehov i en sv\u00e5r situation, \u00e4r det avg\u00f6rande att vi har ett starkt engagemang att vilja hj\u00e4lpa m\u00e4nniskor som flyr fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ld, hot och f\u00f6rtryck. Vi g\u00f6r g\u00e4rna det lilla extra f\u00f6r b\u00e5de de boende och v\u00e5ra uppdragsgivare (placerande\n kommuner).
