As a Treatment Pedagogue, you are employed to provide care and treatment. You contribute to ensuring that unit routines function as intended. You play a major role in providing stability and security for our young people and form the foundation for daily life activities such as schooling, cleaning, meal preparation, and more. The work can be physically demanding at times, as you need to participate in physical activities with the young people and respond to emergency calls. You help maintain order and security at the facility according to our procedures. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building secure relationships and help ensure that our young people receive the security and safety they need to break established patterns of behavior. Together with your team of committed colleagues, such as treatment assistants and treatment coordinators, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change.
