The goal of your assignment is to motivate our clients toward new and less risky ways of living. As a treatment pedagogue\/treatment assistant, you are employed to provide care and treatment. You contribute to ensuring that department routines function as they should. You play a major role in stability and security for our clients, and provide the foundation for daily life including cleaning, cooking, participating in activities and meetings, and more. You help maintain order and security at the institution according to our procedures. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work to build secure relationships and help our clients receive the safety and security they need to break established patterns of behavior.
