The young person, we, and society are all big winners when we succeed.\nWe are a small treatment home with a total of six places in Bj\u00f6rklinge north of Uppsala. We work with young people aged 15-20 whose lifestyle is characterized by exclusion. We work in a structured manner based on CBT and MI and maintain a low-affect approach. We also see physical activity as an important part of our treatment philosophy.\nWe offer daily work supervision by the manager\/operations manager as well as external supervision. We are looking for you to contribute your experience and expertise to help develop our operations.\n\nJob Description\n\nWe are looking for you who are trained as a treatment pedagogue\/social pedagogue with experience working with young people who have chosen a criminal lifestyle and possibly have neuropsychiatric disabilities. It is an advantage if you also have training in, for example, low-affect approach, MI, CBT, \u00c5P, criminality as a lifestyle, and environmental therapy.\nYour responsibilities will include supporting young people in their individual development based on their implementation plan. You are responsible for helping to structure the day for the young people, accompanying them on various activities and meetings, and promoting good cooperation with the actors in the young person's network. You are also responsible for ensuring documentation is completed according to current guidelines. You also need to be able to act as a reliable adult role model for our placed young people and have the necessary knowledge required in a regular household such as cooking, laundry, cleaning, etc.\n\nQualifications\n\nYou communicate easily in speech and writing and have a basic understanding of record-keeping and documentation. The position requires great patience, knowledge of and ability to work with a low-affect approach, and the ability to stand firm even when our young people test boundaries. Vi s\u00f6ker dig som vill bidra med din erfarenhet och kompetens f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa till att utveckla v\u00e5r verksamhet.\nArbetsbeskrivning\nVi s\u00f6ker dig som \u00e4r utbildad behandlingspedagog\/socialpedagog som har erfarenhet av att arbeta med ungdomar som har valt den kriminella livsstilen samt eventuellt neuropsykiatriska funktionshinder. Det \u00e4r meriterande om du \u00e4ven har utbildning inom exempelvis l\u00e5gaffektivt bem\u00f6tande, MI, KBT, \u00c5P, kriminalitet som livsstil samt milj\u00f6terapi.\nArbetsuppgifterna best\u00e5r i att st\u00f6tta ungdomarna i deras individuella utveckling med deras genomf\u00f6randeplan som grund. Du har ansvar f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa till att strukturera dagen f\u00f6r ungdomarna, att f\u00f6lja med ungdomarna p\u00e5 olika aktiviteter och m\u00f6ten samt verka f\u00f6r ett gott samarbete med de akt\u00f6rer som finns i ungdomens n\u00e4tverk. Du ansvarar \u00e4ven f\u00f6r att dokumentation utf\u00f6rs enligt aktuella riktlinjer. Du beh\u00f6ver \u00e4ven kunna agera som en trygg vuxen f\u00f6rebild f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra placerade ungdomar och ha de n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga kunskaper som kr\u00e4vs i ett vanligt hush\u00e5ll s\u00e5som att laga mat, tv\u00e4tta, st\u00e4da osv. \n\n\nKvalifikationer\nDu har l\u00e4tt att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift och beh\u00e4rskar grunderna i journalf\u00f6ring samt dokumentation.
