You are responsible for ensuring that youth receive appropriate interventions in accordance with the social services mandate, you also create treatment plans and follow up on treatment interventions. The work takes place in collaboration with the referring municipality's social services and together with the institution's various specialist functions such as psychologists, nurses, and treatment educators. You are the one who coordinates the treatment work internally and ensures that the treatment progresses. The treatment work is based on the individual needs and conditions of the youth and is heavily grounded in motivational work.
