You are responsible for, among other things, scheduling consultants, monitoring availability, and conducting feedback conversations and consultant documentation. Furthermore, you handle activity registration, KPIs, management of employment law matters, and ordering of work clothes, upselling, and more.\nYou work closely in a team with the account manager, recruiter, and HR administrators. The role is flexible, which means that you sometimes support the recruiter with tasks such as parts of the recruitment process, trade shows, and other candidate\/market-related tasks.
