Your mission is to ensure the right things are in the right place at the right time.\n\nOur three designers develop and create customer-specific solutions and you ensure that everything needed around the design gets done. You obtain quotes, order materials, follow up on deliveries, and maintain contact with suppliers and subcontractors.\n\nSeveral projects run in parallel here and priorities can shift quickly. You need to embrace a workday where you sometimes need to reconsider, solve what's most urgent, and then move on to the next task.\n\nYou will, among other things:\nprepare and coordinate ongoing design projects,\norder materials, components, and services and request quotes,\nfollow up on deliveries and maintain ongoing contact with suppliers,\nensure the workshop has the right materials and documentation,\nread drawings and conduct technical discussions with the workshop and suppliers,\nhandle practical issues, discrepancies, and complaints,\ncreate structure and manage multiple parallel activities.\n\nYou'll sit together with our three designers and work closely with them daily.
