You'll be involved from the initial discussions about new parts and follow the work all the way through until production is ready to start.\n\nThe role is about creating conditions for efficient, robust, and quality-assured manufacturing. You contribute your technical expertise in quotation work, drive the preparation of new products, and ensure that production solutions, methods, and processes are thoroughly worked through before they reach the shop floor.\n\nIn your daily work, you collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal functions such as production, quality, and project management. You become a natural coordinator in matters concerning technical solutions and manufacturing conditions. You thrive with many contact points and are motivated by seeing your work translated into real production.\n\nYour main tasks:\n\u2022 Drive preparation and industrialization of new parts\n\u2022 Participate in and lead quotation preparations\n\u2022 Ensure production setup within BiW, pressing, assembly, ED (KTL), and powder coating\n\u2022 Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal specialist functions\n\u2022 Conduct technical discussions with geometry assurance engineers and dimension responsible persons\n\u2022 Participate in planning activities and development work\n\u2022 Contribute to team and case management meetings\n\u2022 Help develop working methods and processes for future production\n\nYour Profile\n\nYou have a technical background and experience from manufacturing industry, preferably within automotive or related operations. You understand how products and processes interact and feel comfortable in environments where quality, precision, and delivery reliability are critical.\n\nWe'd like to see that you have:\n\u2022 Engineering education in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience\n\u2022 Good knowledge of BiW manufacturing processes\n\u2022 Ability to read and understand product and tool design drawings\n\u2022 Experience with CAD environments, preferably CATIA\n\u2022 Several years of experience with process planning, industrialization, or production technical work\n\u2022 Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written\n\nTo succeed in the role, we believe you:\n\u2022 Have a natural ability to create structure and drive matters forward.
