Your main tasks consist of meeting our library visitors in our facilities, by phone, or via email. You are the face of the library to the outside world, and we expect that you enjoy meeting people and prioritizing user needs. In addition to this, you will work particularly with technology, web, design, and the library system Koha.\n\nTogether with colleagues, you will contribute to the development of the library's web pages, technical infrastructure, printed materials, and the library system. Since you are pedagogical, you will also teach what you know to both colleagues and library users.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nGood knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required for the role of library assistant. Our requirement is that you have at least upper secondary school competence. Education in pedagogy, IT, or design is a merit.
