The distribution varies continuously based on operational needs.\nYou therefore need to be comfortable with both parts of the role and be flexible about where you are needed most at any given time.\nAs a Car Tester\nAs a Car Tester, you are an important part of our incoming car flow. You test, test drive, and inspect cars that come in to us to ensure we get a clear picture of the car's condition and what actions may need to be taken.\nYou work methodically and carefully and need to be able to detect both obvious and less obvious faults and deficiencies.\nWork tasks include, among other things:\nTest and test drive incoming cars\nIdentify faults, damage, and other deficiencies\nDocument the results of completed tests\nCheck the car's functions and general condition\nPhotograph and document relevant discrepancies\nReport any faults and maintenance needs that have been detected\nInspect, for example, engine, transmission, brakes, electronics, and other functions\n\nAs a Car Runner\nAs a Car Runner, your task is to help keep our car flow moving. It is a practical and mobile role where you ensure that cars get to the right place at the right time and help the logistics team with tasks that need to be completed during the day.\nA workday might, for example, involve picking up a car from a customer, driving another to a workshop or inspection, and then helping to move and organize cars on our storage areas.\nWork tasks include, among other things:\nPick up and deliver cars to customers\nMove and park cars at the facility\nHelp maintain order of cars and keys\nMove cars between different locations and storage areas\nPerform simple checklists, photography, and receipts\nAssist the logistics team with practical matters when needed\nDrive cars to and from workshops, inspections, and partners\n\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for someone with a great passion for cars and who enjoys practical work. You need to be thorough when the situation requires it, but at the same time be able to work efficiently when the pace is high.\nSince the role is a hybrid position, flexibility is especially important. You need to be comfortable with the workday changing and operational needs determining whether you are currently working primarily as a Car Tester or Car Runner.\nIt is therefore important that you are interested in both parts of the role.
