The role requires a strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles to ensure that all BIM content and documentation meet project requirements. You will work across all design stages, from concept to delivery, supporting both local and international projects.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nGuide design stages from concept development to final documentation.\nDevelop and maintain detailed BIM models, families, and specifications.\nPrepare accurate data for printing, production, and project documentation.\nAssist in sourcing materials and products required for design projects.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nEstimate required time for deliverables and manage deadlines effectively.\nActively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.\nEnsure all project deliverables are completed on time and in line with team guidelines.\nProactively suggest new solutions, processes, and structures to improve efficiency.\nConduct site visits and travel to business locations to collect planning data.\nFacilitate effective use of Revit and cloud-based collaboration systems (e.g., BIM 360).\nWHAT WE ASK OF YOU\nProficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (including cloud-based workflows such as BIM 360).\nStrong ability to create and manage BIM content, including families, templates, and libraries, in line with best practices.\nExperience with 2D and 3D models.\nKnowledge of other CAD software or data analytics tools is considered an advantage.\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and cultures.\nProfessional proficiency in spoken and written English (knowledge of English is required, as the company is international and it is necessary to communicate in English with foreign colleagues daily).\nWHAT WE OFFER IN EXCHANGE\nMonthly salary from 2250 EUR to 2700 EUR gross\/per month.\nHealth insurance from the first day of employment.\nPaid parking next to the office as required.\nHybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.\nTaking part in creating studios as part of an award-winning iGaming business.\nOpportunities for both professional growth and personal development.\nTruly international experience and collaboration possibilities with impactful results.","language":"sv","is_translated":true,"title_original":"BIM Technician - Riga, Latvia","description_original":"Our global team of over 10,000 talented and driven professionals are shaping the future of iGaming.
