In this role, you will be based on-site in Sundbyberg, working daytime hours, Monday to Friday.\nKey responsibilities:\n\nHands-on operation and optimization of the filling and labeling equipment, including control system management, troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.\n\n\nHands-on batch manufacturing, while also supporting downstream processing, primarily protein purification.\n\n\nEnsuring quality, efficiency and traceability throughout the filling and labeling process.\n\n\nProactively identifying and driving continuous improvements in processes and ways of working.\n\n\nManaging manufacturing documentation, such as batch records, and contributing to the handling of deviations, change controls and risk assessments in accordance with established procedures, ISO 9001 and the quality management system.\n\n\nCollaborating closely with operators, engineers, quality, maintenance and logistics to ensure an efficient production flow.\n\nYour profile\nWe are looking for someone with a hands-on approach, technical curiosity, and the confidence to take ownership of complex equipment and processes. You are comfortable with technology, willing to learn new systems, and keen to actively participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
