You will work closely with colleagues in social services and other collaborative partners to create good conditions for the municipality's residents.\nWith us, you will have the opportunity to help develop working methods and contribute to lawful and professional authority with the individual's needs at the center.\n\nYour tasks\nAs a support and needs assessment officer, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, and making decisions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Services for Certain Persons with Disabilities (LSS). You work with the individual's needs in focus and ensure that appropriate support and measures are provided based on current circumstances.\nThe work involves handling cases within SoL and LSS, contact with clients, relatives, and other professionals where collaboration is an important part of your duties.
