Together, we create safe and high-quality care and social services for our residents.\n\nWe are now seeking a substitute for a one-year role as a case manager at the Social Services Unit.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nWORK TASKS\nAs a case manager, you work close to people in different life situations and help design interventions that make a real difference for our residents. The work is both independent and team-based, and you will use your expertise to find solutions that are both sustainable and legally sound.
