The work includes, among other things, receiving applications from the individual, investigating, making decisions and documenting. In your daily work, you have contact with the individual in the form of home visits, phone calls and you collaborate with hospital care and other staff and relatives. We investigate according to the IBIC model, Individual's Needs in Focus. You work independently but also in close collaboration with colleagues, other professions and operations both internally and externally. You must have a genuine interest in working with people in need of support and help and be part of their development. You should have good documentation skills and you should be able to conduct conversations in a motivating and solution-focused manner.\n\nIt is meritorious if you have experience with public authority work, good knowledge of social law. A driver's license is a requirement.
