Together with the unit manager and the deputy unit manager for the medical area, you lead, develop, and follow up on operations based on common goals with a focus on quality, accessibility, work environment, and patient safety.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs deputy unit manager, you have a central role in day-to-day management with a focus on close and developmental leadership. You combine your management duties with clinical work, leading, allocating, and following up on daily work based on the organization's goals, vision, and values. The role includes responsibility for staffing, schedule planning, introduction of new employees, absence monitoring, and recruitment. You are part of the unit's management group and work closely with the unit manager and the deputy unit manager for the medical area.
