The role combines strategic development work with close support to the operations and carries significant responsibility for creating an equitable, accessible, and health-promoting child and student health service. The position includes personnel management responsibilities.\nYou are responsible for admission processes and coordinate transitions between school levels, lead the implementation of new legal requirements, reforms, and governing documents within the operational area. You also analyze and monitor schools' work with support measures and contribute to the development of accessible learning environments. The role also includes driving systematic quality work and operational monitoring, collaborating with school principals and external partners, and planning and implementing strategic competence development. Together, we develop the work of the central child and student health services and strengthen support to the municipality's preschools and schools.\nAs Assistant Chief of Child and Student Health, you are the Chief of Child and Student Health's closest collaboration partner, serve as a support in leading the operations, and represent the services in various networks and development forums.
