The position also offers good opportunities to gradually take on greater responsibility and independently handle cases.\nYour work tasks will include:\nDrafting statements, appeals, and other legal documents,\nConducting legal research and preparing legal decision-making materials,\nAssisting with preparations for meetings and court proceedings,\nParticipating in and taking minutes at meetings concerning financial family law matters,\nAssisting the firm's lawyers in cases under LVU, LPT, and LVM legislation, and\nGradually assuming responsibility for your own cases concerning custody, residence, and visitation.\n\nAs you become more comfortable in the role and develop your skills, you will gradually take on greater responsibility, with the opportunity to independently represent clients and participate in meetings and court proceedings.\nThe position is therefore particularly suited for you if you want to gain broad practical experience in legal work and litigation and want to develop into an independent lawyer.\n\nWho Are We Looking For?\nWe are looking for someone who has a law degree or is in the final term of a law program.\nAs a person, you are engaged, take initiative, and enjoy new challenges.
