Film about life in Lysekil.\nDescription\nWe are seeking an engaged and development-oriented assistant principal who, together with the principal, staff, and students, wants to continue developing a safe, educational, and inspiring school environment.\nWith us, you will have the opportunity to work in an operation where we believe in every student's ability to succeed and where collaboration, professionalism, and a strong student focus permeate our work.\nBergs School is located 5 minutes outside Lysekil town center, surrounded by pastures and meadows, and includes approximately 50 students distributed across grades F-3. Mariedalsskolan is an F-6 school with approximately 320 students located in Lysekil town center with proximity to the sea and a smaller forest area. This allows our schools and after-school programs to use the outdoor environment in their educational activities.\nAt the schools, 55 staff members work with high qualifications. We have two well-liked schools with the desire for all our students to achieve good academic development through quality education, safety, and a conducive learning environment.\nAccording to the most recent employee survey, staff feel that the work is meaningful and developmental, that we have a trusting and permissive climate, that opinions and ideas are valued, that leadership is trustworthy and clear, that we set clear goals, and that there is plenty of room for humor and laughter!\nAt the schools, our student welfare team works, which consists of a special educator, special teacher, school counselor, school psychologist, school nurse, assistant principal, and principal.
