You collaborate with the rest of the school leadership and the school's competent staff, develop Rekarnegymnasiet based on national and local goals, and cooperate with student support services, social services, police, schools, recreation, other departments, and the business community. The principals and three assistant principals have overall program responsibility and are responsible for students, student support processes, staff, administration, finances, marketing, and the unit's systematic quality work. The management team also includes an administrative director.\n\nYou are a visible leader and conversation partner for your staff, and you are expected to contribute leadership that invites staff and students to participate and have influence over development. You are responsible for leading learning and development processes, developing pedagogical leadership, and are interested in creating an operation of the highest quality. You are responsible for developing the school's programs in collaboration with students, staff, and the rest of the school leadership. You are present among students, staff, and guardians with the aim of making a difference and contributing. You ensure planning, implementation, follow-up, and evaluation in line with the requirements set in national and local governing documents.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nYou must have higher education of at least 120 credits or 180 ECTS, principal training, or equivalent education.
