You will have a position of trust with broad scope where you have the opportunity to influence based on your previous experience and expertise. Your main task will be to work together with the Social Services Director to create the best conditions for the department's unit managers and staff.\n\nYou will support unit managers in matters concerning operations and operational development, participate in various networks, collaborate internally and externally, and represent the Social Services Director during their absence. The role also involves driving development and change work within the Social Services Department during a time when the organization is facing several major transformations.\n\nThe position may also include personnel responsibility for parts of the operations.
