You need to be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, usually the same morning. As a substitute, your work tasks may include:\n\nWorking in leisure centers and\/or school based on the activities' current needs.\n\nPlanning and conducting pedagogical activities and instruction based on your competence.\n\nCreating a safe and positive environment for children and students.\n\nSupporting students in their learning and social development.\n\nCollaborating with teachers, leisure time pedagogues, and other staff.\n\nFollowing the activities' routines, governance documents, and applicable laws and regulations.\n\nYour Qualifications\nRegardless of whether you are certified or uncertified, you need to:\n\nHave good collaboration skills and function well in a work group.\n\nHave the ability to meet children and students with different needs and conditions.\n\nHave good Swedish in speech and writing and be able to communicate clearly with students, colleagues, and guardians.\n\nHave good digital competence and be able to use digital tools in pedagogical work.\n\nBe responsible, flexible, and confident when meeting children and students.\n\nKnow and follow the laws, regulations, governance documents, and other requirements relevant to the work.\n\nHave a professional and respectful approach.\n\nFor certified positions, a relevant degree from a leisure time pedagogue or teacher education program is required.\n\nFor uncertified positions, pedagogical education, relevant subject knowledge, and\/or documented experience working in schools is meritorious and may be a requirement depending on the assignment's content.\n\nWhat We Offer You\nAs a consultant at Bemannia, we ensure you are matched with the right assignment.
