Your main responsibilities are to:\nFunction as a safe, relationship-building adult who supports and builds trust with young people.\nPlan, lead, and evaluate meaningful activities where young people's participation and influence are central.\nCollaborate and network with other important stakeholders (e.g., schools, parents, associations, social services, police, and business).\nLead projects, organize events, and participate in developing the activities.\nUse digital environments and creativity as a tool for young people's learning.\n\nWho Are You?\nTo thrive in this role, you have great patience and a strong drive to help young people gain new insights. You're excellent at meeting children and young people, understand the importance of acceptance, and easily create dialogue. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of young people's social behaviors\u2014not least online\u2014and know what it takes to build an inclusive environment regardless of socioeconomic circumstances.
