You will analyze learning environments and student outcomes at both group and organizational levels to identify areas for development and opportunities. By mapping, investigating, and analyzing students' individual support needs, you will contribute to designing and following up intervention programs that make a difference.\nA central part of your work is also to mentor and support teachers in adapting instruction to meet all students' needs, particularly in mathematics.
