The position also involves administrative tasks such as documentation and communication with relevant authorities, police, etc.\n\nThe role will also include some housekeeping work to maintain a home-like environment for our guests.\n\nThe facility operates 24\/7, and on weekends and nights you may work alone, so you should be comfortable with responsibility-taking and making quick decisions.\n\nQualifications:\nRelevant Education: To be considered for this position, you must have completed or be currently pursuing post-secondary education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, or equivalent. We work based on several approaches and methods such as TMO, LAB, CBT, and MI, with MI being a requirement for this position.\n\nExperience: We are looking for someone with previous experience working with people in crisis and in need of support due to intimate partner violence, substance abuse issues, and\/or mental health problems.\n\nDocumentation: The position requires experience with documentation and the ability to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing, as the work is partly administrative.\n\nDriver's License: You must be comfortable driving a car as it is part of daily work.\n\nPersonal Qualities:\nWe are seeking someone with a strong social commitment and passion for our target population, who wants to positively impact people's lives.
