As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.\n\nIn this role, you will work with:\n\u2022 Providing individual support, care, and service interventions\n\u2022 Planning and implementing activities with the client\n\u2022 Carrying out delegated health and medical care tasks\n\nTerms of Employment\nWe are now looking for an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The position is full-time (100%) and working hours vary across day, evening, and weekend shifts.\nWe apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreement. The start date is by agreement.\n\nWho Are You?\nAs a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position as a residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and attentiveness. It is very important that you have experience and\/or can interact with people with various types of issues, such as aggressive behavior, compulsive behaviors, or substance abuse issues within mental health and psychiatric care.
