Together with other team members, you work toward making each day meaningful and fulfilling. You support and guide residents in areas including personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to encourage and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Work hours include daytime, evening, weekends, and on-call night shifts.\n\nYou will have a group leader or group manager working closely with you who spends part of their time in the operations. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.\n\nYour Experience and Knowledge\nYou hold a high school education in healthcare and social services or equivalent education. You have strong Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation.
