Your main responsibilities are to troubleshoot, repair, and fix problems that occur in our customers' apartments.\nTherefore, you will spend most of your day at our properties, but we also make sure to see each other regularly at the office and are committed to creating a pleasant and inclusive work environment. As a building maintenance technician with us, you are offered a varied job with significant personal responsibility. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues, particularly other maintenance technicians and assistant property managers.\nYour main responsibilities:\ncreate and maintain good relationships with tenants, contractors, and employees\nconduct systematic property inspections according to an established schedule\nplanning and execution of repairs and routine maintenance\nparticipate in inspections during move-ins and move-outs\nhandle service requests, complaints, and claims, and provide feedback to tenants\norder and follow up on property supplies and minor contractor work\nperform inspections of ventilation, heating, and electrical systems in our properties\n\n\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with a focus on or further studies in technology and\/or property management. You are a handy problem solver with knowledge and experience in at least some of the following areas: plumbing, apartment inspections, building regulations, inspection work, construction, or electrical systems. We believe you enjoy sharing your areas of expertise and learning from others so together we can help customers with most things. You also have experience with customer-focused property work and have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You should be comfortable working with computer systems and a B-category driver's license is required.\nWe place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
