Your main responsibilities are to troubleshoot, repair, and resolve issues that occur in our customers' apartments. You are a handy problem-solver with knowledge and experience in at least a few of the areas: plumbing, apartment inspections, SBA, rounds work, or electrical work. You also have experience with customer-facing property work.
