You work with tool changes, machine adjustments and process optimization while also serving as technical support to production operators. The role involves significant responsibility where you are responsible for multiple machines on your shift. You work continuously with troubleshooting, adjusting process parameters and optimizing production and systems. To succeed in the role, you need to understand how different settings affect the final product and be able to identify causes of disruptions or quality deviations.
