We expect you to contribute with composure, good judgment, and decisive action\u2014both during operations and in daily work at the station. You take responsibility for the whole, share your experience, and help where needed.\nYou will serve in our response organization and contribute to safe and efficient emergency operations. Work is conducted on a 42-hour shift schedule, with 24-hour shifts on weekends.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who takes initiative and has both the will and ability to help others. You demonstrate good judgment and can act calmly and in control even under pressure. You work well in a team and collaborate professionally with colleagues, partner organizations, and the public.
