The position is located at the fire station in Motala.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB DUTIES\nYou will cover absences of regular staff in one of our 5 shift teams. Together you will prepare, respond to alarms, and restore after incidents. During station time, you will work with environmental monitoring and tasks that improve working conditions and increase firefighters' competence. It is important that you want to be part of a team, are adaptable, and want to contribute to the best of the operation.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo be eligible for this position, you have:\n\n\u2022 B driver's license\n\u2022 Training in SMO (Protection Against Accidents) or ongoing studies are acceptable, provided that at least two terms of the program are completed and you have experience working as a firefighter.\n\nAlternatively, GRIB 1 and 2 (part-time firefighter) or other training that the employer deems equivalent. You must have worked as a part-time firefighter for at least 3 years.\n\n\u2022 Swimming proficiency equivalent to Guldbojen\u2014attach certificate with your application.\n\u2022 Passed age-related treadmill test and medical certificate for smoke and chemical diving to be attached to your application if we do not have current certificates on file.\n\nIt is advantageous if you:\n\n\u2022 Have a degree from SMO.\n\u2022 Have experience working as a firefighter (full-time).\n\u2022 Have a C driver's license.\n\nYou have a clear drive and work structurally toward set goals.
