Working closely with business units, finance managers, and key stakeholders across our markets, you will help drive performance, planning, and continuous improvement in an international and dynamic environment.\nJob Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will:\nPrepare monthly analysis of the consolidated financial performance for Scania Financial Services\nCoordinate and drive financial planning processes\nPresent financial outcomes, forecasts and plans to management and other key stakeholders\nContribute to digitalization and continuous improvement of finance processes\nIdentify improvement opportunities and contribute to turning them into concrete actions\nTake part in Financial Services projects and cross-functional initiatives\nSupport our finance companies around the world in business control matters\n\nYou will be part of a global context, working closely with finance managers and colleagues across our markets, as well as with Scania Commercial Operations, the head office TRATON Financial Services and other stakeholders within the group.\nWho You Are\nYou bring a combination of strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a genuine curiosity to understand what drives performance. To succeed in this role, you have:\nA master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nExperience in business control, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.\nThe ability to translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations that support decision-making.\nA structured and proactive approach, with a continuous improvement mindset.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across functions and cultures.\nA collaborative attitude and a genuine interest in working in an international environment.\nAdvanced Excel skills and fluency in English.\n\n\nIt is also an advantage if you have:\nExperience from the financial services industry.\nExperience working with HFM, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools.\nKnowledge of Swedish or other languages.\n\nThis Is Us\nWe are a team of four colleagues supporting the financial performance of Scania Financial Services across more than 60 markets worldwide.
