The aim is for participants who complete the training and meet the employers' recruitment requirements to advance to employment in Sk\u00e5ne.\n \nTraining Location: Malm\u00f6\nWe are seeking: Participants for bus driver training\nProvisional Start Date: November, December 2026\n\nInformation About the Training Program\n- The training is conducted full-time for approximately 12 weeks on-site in Malm\u00f6.\n- The training is free for participants, but you must pay for a \"Category 3 Driver's License Permit\" once you have been accepted.\n- No salary or other compensation is paid during the training period.\n- The training provides the professional competence required to work with passenger transportation by bus.\n- The training is conducted entirely in Swedish.\n- All course materials and all tests are in Swedish.\n\nRequirements to Participate\n- You are at least 24 years old.\n- You have a valid Swedish Category B driver's license.\n- You have good command of Swedish in both speaking and writing and can independently understand training materials, instructions, and work-related communication.\n- You can participate in full-time training for the entire training period.\n\nPath from Selection to Employment\n1. Primary Selection: The initial selection will be held in Malm\u00f6 on October 1. Time and location will be communicated to candidates who advance following the preliminary assessment.\n2. Tests for Selected Candidates\n- Swedish language tests, reading comprehension\n- practical driving test with a passenger car\n3. Training and Examination\nThe training is conducted full-time for approximately 12 weeks.\nBoth theoretical and practical tests are conducted during the training.\n4. Employment After Successful Completion\nAfter completing and passing the training, participants commit to working for at least six months with one of the transportation companies in Sk\u00e5ne that recruit newly graduated bus drivers from the training program.
