Combined with this, through your management team and approximately 100 employees, you will ensure a high operational level, strong customer interactions, and that all employees enjoy working in the store. That you are also passionate about food, skilled at driving sales, and enjoy working with people is essential for the role. You also need to have good leadership qualities with previous experience from a comparable position that has involved leading other leaders. You should be experienced and comfortable having both personnel and budget responsibility, with experience from grocery retail being a requirement. You have a good way with people, both employees and customers, where you are skilled at building long-term relationships and creating trust.\n\nFurthermore, you are responsible, action-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
