We also want to provide employment opportunities for people outside the regular job market by being a place for people in various forms of work training.\nABOUT THE POSITION\nThis is a temporary position as store manager at 100% for the period December 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027. You are responsible for leading, distributing, and coordinating the store's daily operations and sales. The role is very hands-on, where through your own execution of the work you also mentor and develop others. The role also involves actively recruiting government-placed participants and volunteers and conducting site visits and follow-ups with participants from external partners.
