Of course, you'll contribute ideas on how we can continue to build customer relationships beyond the ordinary.\n\nAs Store Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:\n\nCreate WOW experiences for all customers by always putting the customer experience first \u2013 both personally and with your team\n\nLead, coach, and develop your team to become their best selves\n\nRun a profitable business through sound business practices and responsibility for optimizing the store's resources, sales, and results\n\nEnsure Lyko's concept by staying on top of campaigns and making sure signage and merchandising are spot on\n\nTake responsibility for proper staffing through scheduling and recruitment as needed\n\nAbout the position and your new workplace\n\nThis is a permanent full-time position with an initial probation period. Start date by agreement.\n\nWorking hours vary and include both weekdays and weekends.
