This means you are the management team's extended arm in the business. The responsibility involves ensuring that the department is always well-organized, sales-focused and customer-ready with well-stocked and inviting shelves. You create inspiring seasonal displays, suggest which products are suitable for endcaps and cross-selling. Order and organization are one of our core values, and in this role you ensure that signage and directions are clear and correct. You are also responsible for the department's inventory.\nAn important part of your role is to motivate and engage your colleagues and share your knowledge of the department's products. Together with your colleagues, you pick up goods and coach them to provide Biltema's customers with the best possible service. You are a team player who values close collaboration with other department managers where you willingly exchange ideas and experiences. We would like to see that you are passionate about your product areas and care about a safe environment for both customers and colleagues.\nThe position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Previous experience in store work and a forklift license are requirements. You are a pronounced service person who keeps the customer in focus.
