Our customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain.\n\nYou will handle all tasks that occur in a retail store and are expected to take personal responsibility and initiative and want to be part of our journey to develop the store toward new success. As a retail sales associate with a focus on HVAC, you'll be the first contact for our customers and responsible for providing advice, completing sales, and ensuring customers leave the store with fantastic service, attention, and the best products for their needs. In addition to plumbers, you'll also help other trades daily, such as facilities managers or carpenters.\n\nIn our Uddevalla store, you'll be part of a team of 3 retail sales associates. At the branch, you'll also work with approximately 10 inside and outside sales representatives.\n\nAre You the One We're Looking For?\nRight now we're seeking a temporary replacement for a colleague going on parental leave from September 2026 to June 2027.
