compliance with Building Law requirements within the scope of office competence;\n verify fulfillment of conditions for commencement of construction work;\n organize acceptance of construction sites into operation;\n suspend and stop construction work in accordance with regulatory legal act requirements;\n prepare opinions, issue certificates, make decisions and provide consultations on construction control and building operation matters.\n \nRequirements for candidates\n professional higher education in the field of architecture in an architect study program or in the field of construction in a structural engineer study program,\n at least two years of experience in areas related to job duties,\n construction practice or architect practice certificate and registration in the Building Inspectors Register,\n knowledge of regulatory acts related to job duties,\n experience working with the Construction Information System,\n understanding of the Administrative Violation Process Support System,\n good cooperation and communication skills, ability to work in a team,\n Category B driver's license.\n \nWe offer\n work in a modern, results-oriented municipality,\n monthly
