We'd like to see that you have worked several years in the real estate and construction industry. Experience in public sector, the Public Procurement Act (LOU), and contract law is a merit. Strong digital skills and interest in AI and digital tools that develop operations.\r\nYou need to have good knowledge of and preferably have worked with financial management. A Category B driver's license is required.\r\n\r\nAs a person, you work well with others. You take responsibility for your work by being action-oriented and thorough. You need to be attentive to the client's changing needs and the department's decisions.
