You maintain many contacts both with colleagues throughout the organization and external parties such as contractors. You present materials to the board and other decision-makers and play a significant role in the group's development by actively contributing to continuous improvements in our working methods and processes.\n\nYour Qualifications\nYou lead your projects with clarity and good structure and adapt well to changing circumstances. In projects and operations, you have the ability to see the bigger picture and often come up with creative solutions while adhering to rules and guidelines. Collaboration is important to you, and you are skilled at creating and maintaining good working relationships.\n\nYou have an academic degree in construction or equivalent professional experience and experience managing construction projects as a construction project manager. You hold BAS-P and BAS-U certifications, have knowledge of construction law, and a strong understanding of all aspects of the construction process. It is a great advantage if you have participated in procurement according to LOU or LUF and previously worked in a politically governed organization.
