We are proud of our products and our employees \u2013 and now we're looking for a CFO who wants to help develop the business to the next level.\n\nWhat does the role offer?\nThis is a broad role where you function as an extension of the CEO \u2013 with significant influence in business decisions, strategy work, and the company's future. Approximately 75% of the role involves looking ahead: building structures, driving projects, streamlining processes, and creating new opportunities. The remaining part consists of ensuring the financial foundation \u2013 with the help of clear processes and support.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n\n\u2022 Collaborate closely with the CEO on business development, strategic decisions, and growth initiatives\n\n\u2022 Identify areas for improvement and drive projects within, for example, ERP, procurement, inventory, system support, and reporting\n\n\u2022 Implement and further develop Business Central as a comprehensive platform (CRM, production, finance)\n\n\u2022 Support the organization with financial analysis and decision-making materials\n\n\u2022 Handle overall bookkeeping, tax matters, and monthly reports (at a simpler level)\n\n\u2022 Ensure that procurement and inventory flows are optimized for growth\n\n\u2022 Participate in HR work such as salaries, contracts, and development conversations\n\nWho are you?\nYou are a curious, business-oriented, and solution-focused person who loves to build, influence, and be an active part of moving forward.
